About Family Open Play
Focus on family bonding while enjoying unstructured play in a spacious, supportive environment! Family Open Play is designed to promote gross motor skills, exploration, creativity, and socialization for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, all within a large open gym space filled with age-appropriate equipment. With engaging themes each week, there is something for every member of the family to enjoy. Whether your child is crawling, toddling, or running, they will find a space that suits their developmental stage and interests.
This class offers a long period of open-ended, uninterrupted play, allowing children to explore freely in areas of their choosing or to engage in guided activities with no pressure. It’s all about fostering connection and building family relationships in a relaxed, stress-free environment. Rooted in the Froebelian educational philosophy, this class emphasizes the importance of self-directed exploration and interaction with others, where both children and caregivers can enjoy the experience together.
Each session begins with our signature welcome song, parachute activity, and bubbles, creating a fun and smooth transition into the playful world of Family Open Play.
