Our Private Pop-Up Playdates are Perfect for

Here’s how our private pop-up play dates work:

• Happy Day Play works directly with one representative of the group, who will act as the liaison for your entire party.

• A location/address is required at the time of booking, provided by the liaison. This is to ensure we are able to make it to and from your play date in a timely manner with other planned events that day. 

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book the desired date and time, which will be applied toward the final total amount for your group. This can be paid to hello@happydayplay.com on PayPal. If the play date location is scheduled outdoors and cannot occur due to inclement weather (rain or snow), we are absolutely happy to apply the deposit to a rescheduled play date in the future.

• The party liaison is responsible for collecting payment from its members and submitting the final payment on behalf of the entire group. The finalized number of parties and remaining payment are due 2 days prior to the event, with a minimum of 5 paid registrants. This allows Happy Day Play to plan and adjust activities and materials accordingly. 

• We can accommodate last-minute registrants who want to participate if a credit card is placed on file OR payment for the additional is made in cash directly to Happy Day Play at the play date. 

• Having adult participation is required and children being drop-off is not allowed. Our classes are formatted around family togetherness.
