ABOUT THIS CLASS

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Sing, dance, and bond through music in an inspiring and dynamic setting! Designed for children ages 0 to 5, this class takes place in a working ensemble room where little ones are introduced to the magic of live music. From the grand piano, ukulele, and guitar to traditional instruments like egg shakers, bells, drums, and more, children explore a rich variety of sounds and rhythms.

Led by an early music educator and accomplished musician with extensive experience—including performances at Carnegie Hall—this is far from your typical music class.

Rooted in Family Life Education principles, this program emphasizes the role of music as a tool for strengthening family bonds and supporting a child’s holistic development. Caregivers actively participate alongside their children, fostering connection, communication, and shared joy. The class also supports emotional and social growth by encouraging interaction in a group setting, where families learn from one another and model positive engagement. Music becomes a medium for creating lasting memories, building confidence, and nurturing the unique contributions of every family member.

Each session begins with our signature welcome song, parachute activity, and bubbles, setting the tone for a joyful and enriching musical journey.

PRIMARY DEVELOPMENTAL FOCUS OF THIS CLASS:

  • Engage your babies and toddlers in a sensory-rich environment where they can explore various sounds, textures, and musical instruments, enhancing their sensory development.
