Each class typically lasts 45 minutes. You are absolutely allowed and encouraged to ask questions during the 15 minute transition period in between classes.
While you can book a one-off class, we recommend consistent attendance to reap the full benefits. This frequency is thoughtfully chosen to provide consistency, allowing for a gradual and meaningful progression through the developmental stages while accommodating the busy schedules of parents.
